Fideicomiso Payment

The Fideicomiso Payment refers to the mandatory annual fee charged by the financial institution that serves as the trustee of a fideicomiso (bank trust).

This fee covers the administration, maintenance, and legal oversight of the trust, ensuring ongoing compliance with Mexican banking regulations and federal property laws.

The trustee bank is responsible for safeguarding the beneficiary’s rights, managing trust documentation, and facilitating any authorized transactions related to the property held in trust. As part of these services, the annual fideicomiso fee must be paid once per year to keep the trust active and in good standing.

Failure to pay the fideicomiso fee on time may result in penalties, administrative delays, or potential complications with the trust’s validity. Timely payment ensures uninterrupted legal protection, continued property ownership rights, and proper management of the trust by the banking institution.

We assist clients by providing clear guidance on payment schedules, coordinating with the trustee bank, and ensuring that all fideicomiso obligations are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
